| You can pick up anything without leaving traces. The only problem is that there can be so many things in your inventory, that you might have difficulties finding a specific thing.
Always find out where you are, when you are above ground. Check your GPS and save your game to see the name of the place. You can copy a plan of The Tower and fill in the names when you find them.
