This is a live CD recorded in New Mexico on the tour for Thomas Mapfumo's 50th birthday in 1995. The Blacks Unlimited are reduced to only two mbiras, bass and drums. The sound is soft but still powerful. This is thanks to the legendary bassist Allan Mwale who plays the bass like no other. At first I didn't even realize that there was no guitar. You've never heard Thomas Mapfumo like this before!

This is really good, high quality chimurenga with mbiras, guitar, horns and "singing sisters", and the Lion of Zimbabwe himself singing "Woiye iye iye...". The powerful "Set The People Free" is very strong and reminds of the classic super-hit "Corruption".

This recording is harder than the others (except some tracks). Especially "Nyoka Musango" has a very energic beat. The horns are a bit distorted and there is also a soprano saxophone, it's really cool. But it could contain some more tracks..
