There are six books on Kristdala, all of them containing genealogy information.

By Carl Alexander Carlsson. The book was published in 1900. 172 pages in Swedish, with a general history section and a short description of each major farm. The book also presents an extensive biography of the Sabelskjöld family, the wealthy noble family based in Kristdala in the 1700^th century. If you have your roots in Kristdala there is a chance that you belong to the Sabelskjöld family, many of us here do.

According to recent information the book is sold out, but may be available from major libraries.

By Sven Bankeström. This is the modern history book on Kristdala. It comes in three volumes.

Part 1 deals with the period up to the year 1700. For genealogy information however, it traces some families up to present time. 333 pages in Swedish, published in 1982.
