Treefinger's comments:
It's Miyazaki, what to say. I find this movie cute, some humour, romance (well, a bit) and some exciting moments. This is absolutely essential to all you Miyazaki fans out there. Kiki's cat Jiji is cool. "Kiki, Maybe if we went to another town?".

Quest's rating:
Quest's comments:
Kiki's delivery service is less tempestuous and ambitious than Miyazaki's other movies, but with a sweetness none of the others can quite match. The depiction of this small town goes straight to the heart.

Despite the fact that this movie is about a young witch, the magic usually present in Miyazaki's movies are absent from Kiki's delivery service. It is much more down-to-earth and has more focus on the development of the main character than is customary for a Miyazaki movie.
