Get connected - Dawn of a New Age
Springtime in the Kingdom of Itopia
It was a gray and sober day with only occasional
wires decorating the sky for the brave people who
withstood months of winter darkness in need of
enlightenment. They lived in ignorance, looking
at future profits, obeying the call of the market
and never looking back in the rearview window to
see themselves as they were - pale-skinned and cold,
frightened to grow old and loose their position
at the meat racket. DonŽt be too harsh when you
think about them. They were just like me and you
and they were citizens in the Kingdom of Itopia.

The Mayor of a Northern District held a speech
at that particular day aiming to reasure people
that good times were waiting around the corner.
Well, the truth was the opposite, but he was a politician and he
could not tell them the truth. It was hard enough
to convince such a crowd of realists not to commit
suicide when facing the harsh economic hardships that lay ahead.
Suddenly a glimps of the Sun in a Window made
people smile and gave the local government an idea.
We have to buy and distribute that new software that makes people
creative and clever the Mayor told his colleagues.
WeŽll arrange evening classes so that everyone gets to learn
this fabulous produkt. Oooh, IŽve forgotten the name of it... What is it called?
