Starting Out: 1d4 : A Reliable Repertoire for the Improving Player by John Cox

Plus three new ones coming from Quality Chess - btw, isn't it strange that there can be a demand for all the repertoire books on 1.d4 and such in these recession times? Has it really become any harder to play d4, Nf3 and c4, then follow up with g3, Bg2 and 0-0, and then take a quick look to see what your opponent has been doing meanwhile and adapt your plans accordingly? ;)
