Resele community society owns a peace of
land deep in the forest, 6,2 mi from the village.There is a log cabin and
natural paths with the intent to that next generation will get at connection to
the forest.
There is a road that ends 330 ft from
the cabin.In the cabin is a sleeping loft with a spring-mattress (fitted for 4)
and pillows. Bedclothes like sleeping bags, blankets and pillowcases you have to
bring on your own.If you want more people to sleep over you have to bring
additional mattresses or such.
All household utensils you need is in
place and you cook your food on a liquid-gas stove,in the fireplace or in the
designated grill place outside.You get fresh water from cold-spring a bit from
the cabin,lavatory is a newly built “old-time” outside privy.
