N.I.R. Newsletter Special Edition #4 - 2002

Greetings from Sweden!
  Once again Guns N' Roses - N.I.R. is back online 
after a server crash. This time a lot of things are 
different, though. I've changed to another host which 
seems better so far. I've also done the biggest layout 
change since I started the site in June of 1998. The 
index page was way to confusing and "unclear" before. 
Now everything is available from all subpages. I've 
also tried to make some things simpler. Thanks to the 
new menu-system I could take away some unnecissary 
pages. 
  Finally, I hope to put out a REAL N.I.R. newsletter 
again. It's starting to become really silly with all 
these "special editions"... 2001 saw two of those and 
two ordinary. I hope I can take time to do the 
newsletter like I used to.
