Create a folder (c:\GcmWin) and unpack the content there.
If you want to use the propagation feature -

Install it in a directory where files can be written.
(In newer Windows versions you cannot create files in the Program
folder)
The default is to install it in c:\itshfbc
Bugs fixed : (from 3.0.9 to 3.1.0)
- grids (in propagation) larger than 90x90 now works.
- Sunterm display were switched on when closing the options dialog -
if you selected "real time" - fixed.
Not fixed (yet)
- If you change the home position and don't redraw the map -
click on propagation button in the toolbar - the prop layer is
drawn with the new position but the map stays with the old .
