The ladies' quartet Salta Saxar has been playing toghether since the fall of 1995. The group itself is entirely acoustic but enjoys working with other musicians from time to time.
The music performed by Salta Saxar is perfectly suited for most occations, such as dinners, banquets, anniversaries, receptions, operadebuts and royal visits. For our dance nights, the quartet usually enjoys the company of base and drums.
The repertoire of Salta Saxar contains many different styles including jazz, blues and Swedish folk music. The latest - but probably not the last! - passion of the quartet is beautiful tango in Italian interpretation.
