This is a decoder compatibility list for the four best software types for the three types of PIC cards (single-PIC1684, PIC1684+2416 and double-PIC1684)
| Nordic 2.39 ("Old Nordic") - the software for a single one-PIC1684 card | Nordic Twins 3.11 and later - the software for two one-PIC1684 cards. Probably autoswitches on all decoders that it works on. | Multimac 2 - the software for Multimac2-cards (PIC1684 + 2416) | WGTBETA - the software for double-PIC1684 cards | |

Autoswitching means that the viewer can switch from an EC-M channel (TV1000, TV3 and all other Eurocrypt channels except Canal+, Canal+ Gul and Animal Planet) to an EC-S2 channel (Canal+, Canal+ Gul or Animal Planet), without any problems. If the card doesn't autoswitch on a specific decoder, you might need to remove and reinsert the card or to turn the decoder off and on. If that also fails, you can always enter the codes 1117 and 2227 on the "change secret code" menu in the decoder. Remember - if you lose a channel, call this number for the latest update codes! You are welcome to link to this page, but please don't steal this table to use on your own page! |
