A default *.xls file for MS Excel is included in the set up. You will need to do some minor changes e.g. add you company logo. The file is Invoice.xls and is placed in the same folder as Barcode XL.
You will have to have made a stock sheet in MS Excel or you will not have any use for the Scan to Invoice. To make it work all you have to do is to fill in the columns used in the invoice.xls and also the columns used in the Stock sheet so that the information from the stock sheet can be used in the invoice. Every time you scan a barcode of a product the product information's are added to the invoice and the number of items left in the stock sheet is deducted by one. It's so simple to use and it will only cost you a fraction of a normal retail system.
