Print Bar codes on labels.
The included labels are Avery, Herma, WorldLabel, both Inches and Millimetres, a total of 330+ labels sheets. Rotate bar code on label is available.
Printing bar codes on label is very easy to do. First you add the products/items to the Barcode List or why not open a Barcode List, please note that you will be able to make a Barcode List in MS Excel.
Above I have open a Barcode List and then selected the bar codes I would like to print on labels. Please look at the image above.
Click on the Print on Labels TAB
In the Print on Labels TAB you can select the Label sheet to use.
I have selected Avery C2160 and it's in millimetres (A4), but you will be able to select a label sheet in inches as well. More than 330+ labels sheets can be selected or you can make your own settings. Please look at the picture above.
I also want to align the bar code Vertical and Horizontal center e.g. Bar code center on the label. Please look at the image below.
I want to print 5 labels of each selected bar code and I have also selected to have the label outlined, please note if you print the bar codes on labels and outline is selected it will also be printed. Please look at the picture below.
In Label to Print of each item I have filled in 5 and as I want the labels to be outlined I have also checked the Outline Labels and to make sure the bar code will fit the label I have also checked the Check to see if Barcode fits label. Please look at the image above.
Click on the Preview button to view the bar codes on labels.

Now we want to print on labels, please deselect Outline Labels or the outline of the labels will be printed on the label sheet. Click on the Print button and the printer dialog will show. Please look at the image below.
Select the printer to use and the Click on the Print button and the label printing will start.
How to Print on LabelsYou will be able to rotate and print the bar code at 0, 90, 180, 270 degrees. The degree of rotation is set in the Barcode menu.
