Barcode XL.
Barcode XL is for use with MS Excel 97, MS Excel 2000, MS Excel 2002 and MS Excel 2003 and MS Excel 2007.
Barcode XL 97 is for MS Excel 97 and Barcode XL 2000 is for MS Excel 2000 and Barcode XL 2002 is for MS Excel 2002 and MS Excel 2003 and MS Excel 2007.
You will be able to paste barcodes into MS Excel at the size you have defined. You will also have access to Sequential bar coding, supported by UPC A, EAN 13 and Code 39.
Barcode XL also includes a fully automatically retail system using MS Excel.

Barcode in MS Excel
Barcodes can be add to the spreadsheet all you need to do is to fill in the start and stop cell or if you would like to mark the cells in MS Excel to add the barcode to. The size of the barcode can be set in the Barcode Size window. All barcodes are resolution independent, so the barcode will always print in the highest resolution possible.. More information >>

Barcode XL is able to add sequential barcode in the format of UPC A, all you have to do is to fill in the start and stop and Barcode XL will add the digits to your MS Excel spreadsheet. You will also be able to do the same with the EAN 13. More information >>
Image formats
You will be able to make one or why not more than one bar code at the time, saving it in one of the supported file formats.
- Bitmap (*.bmp)
- TIFF (*.tif)
Just select the bar codes in the MS Excel spreadsheet, save the selected bar codes in the file format of your choice, no need to do one at the time. You can save the bar code image in a resulution up to 4800 dpi.
MS Excel
Barcode XL is able to read information from any column A to Z and also add a bar code vector image to a cell in your spreadsheet / work sheet.
Barcode XL will try to figure out what kind of bar code you are using in your spreadsheet / work sheet and add the bar code, but you will also be able to add a List Code in your Spreadsheet / works sheet to have a fixed bar code format added in the cell. If you fill in a UPA0 for a UPC-A, then only the UPC-A will be added to the cell or if you want a EAN-13 fill in E130 in.
Scan to Stock using MS Excel.
If you already have a stock sheet in MS Excel you do not need to make a new one as long as the barcode information is stored in the spreadsheet. If you haven't got a stock sheet then it's very easy to make. More information >>
Scan to Invoice using MS Excel.
You will have to have made a stock sheet in MS Excel or you will not have any use for the Scan to Invoice. To make it work all you have to do is to fill in the columns used in the invoice. More information >>
High resolution TIFF bar code image.
One of the major options in Barcode Maker is the TIFF Parameters window where you will be able to save barcode images in the TIFF file format (*.tif). The image is by default save in the same resolution as the default printer installed in windows, but you will be able to make a TIFF barcode image of up to 4800 dpi . More information >>
