| Date | Starting at 10.00 on Saturday 10th November. Ending about 17.00 on Sunday 11th November. | |
| Venue | To be held in Trosa, about 50 kilometers from Skavsta airport. Buses go from the airport to Trosa, and costs about 7 Euro. | |
| Accommodation | Trosa has a nice hostel very close to the venue: Hostel Snipan.
Prices: From 19 – 50 Euro/person, Breakfast 5 Euro.
If you want to sleep in a Hotel instead, we can book it for you.
The hotel costs between 130 (150 double room) and 150 (190 double room) Euro per night, including breakfast.

| Food | Daytime: There are various food possibilities: There is a big supermarket very close which sells sandwiches and hot food such as chicken pieces.
Also there are pizza, chinese and burger take aways in the town, so we could get orders from the players and collect the food to bring back to the venue. Evening: There is a great restaurant in Trosa - which we have used for the past two years. |

| Transportation |
From Skavsta Airport :
There are buses from the airport to Trosa via Nyköping every hour which take about 2 hours, and cost about 7 Euro. The two latest buses departs at Skavsta 18:48 and 21:15. If your flight arrives late, we can pick you up from the airport. If you need help with transportation, please don't hesitate to contact us.
In Trosa
The distance between the venue and the hotels/evening restaurant is about 2 kilometers.

| Playing | Saturday: We are planning to start playing at 10.00, have a lunch break and play until about 18.00.
Sunday: We will try to start playing a little earlier in order to finish by 17.00 as some of you may have to catch a flight home. |

| Tournament rules | Ordinary tournament rules will be used.
Depending on how many players, we will either have an all-play-all tournament or groups. If we play with groups, mistakes penalties will be used in the top group only on Sunday. If we play "all-play-all", mistakes penalties will not be used at all. Time penalties are counted as usual. |

| Prices | There will be diplomas, medals, and some money prizes. | |
| Entrance fee | 20 Euro/200 SEK. You have to pay for you food, but we are planning to have free coffe, tea, some cookies, snacks and sweets. | |
