Hello all old and new friends! Welcome to our home page. We are now in end of October 2004.

In February we went skiing to Trysil, Norway together with some old friends. The weather was nice and we had a good time, skiing downhill and cross country.
	In Mars I also made a 3 day trip in the Swedish mountains, cross country skiing with some friends. We followed the traditional Trail : Storulvån - Blåhammaren - Sylarna - Storulvån also called 'The Golden Triangle'. The weather varied from sunshine to hard wind and poor visability.
In May I went to Greece in order to install a Drilling Rig onto an existing platform offshore Kavala in the Aegan Sea (Prinos Oil Field).
	In beginning of October I went, together with four friends,  to Poland for a 6 days Trail Riding Event. We went approx 200 km.

I was born in Sollefteå, a small town in the northern part of Sweden but live today in Täby, a suburb north of Stockholm. I am 61 years old, married to Annita and we have three kids, a daughter of 25, Maria, and two boys, Oskar 16 and Viktor 14.

The latest 28 years I have been working for Neptun of Sweden, primarily with marine operations in connection with construction of offshore platforms for the oil and gas industry. Those operations involve heavy lifts, marine transportation of ultra heavy modules, mating of integrated decks for the offshore platforms, sub sea operations etc.

I also work with towage, general marine transportation, salvage of ships and similar operations.

The last years I have been working with offshore installation of oil platforms and windmills, salvage of ships and have also given lectures in salvage techniques. Some pictures.

Most of my free time I spend with my family (We have a house in Täby and a country house close to Vaxholm in the Stockholm archipelago).

Hobbies are physical training and outdoor sports like riding, skiing (cross country and down hill), skating (cross country), sailing (in the water and on the ice) etc. I also favour working on our houses. picking mushrooms etc.

In November 1996 I went to UK for fox hunting together with some old friends. The first hunt was in Essex, North of London and the second in Exmoor, South West of Bristol. This was the first time I practiced this sport in UK and it is really worth to remember.

We repeated the trip in autumn 1997and were riding two hunts in Exmoor. It was fantastic to ride in full gallop on the open moors! We didn't get any fox as they outsmarted the hounds. We saw remains of a lamb that the fox had killed. It's a pity really if the labour party will forbid the hunts. The fox doesn't have any natural enemy and hunting one way or another is necessary to keep the foxes within reasonable numbers. 

In February 2003 we had a trip to Limric, Ireland where we were riding two hunts. This was even greater then our earlier experiences from Essex and Exmoor.
