3rd of July 2002 Time is
flying…only 1 month to go! It’s been a really busy spring with a lot of
traveling and work. But now, almost everything is booked and fixed for the
wedding. We will be able to relax on our vacation and get ready for the last
rush before the wedding. Every little thing is so fun to arrange, and we have
started to plan where everybody will be seated during the dinner, which is
not an easy task! 7th of April 2002 We ordered our
rings! We found a nice goldsmith in Solna and I, Petra, picked out my
diamonds by myself… 27th of March 2002 A trip to Germany
(Puttgarden) to buy wine and alcohol for the party, and it was half the price
compared to Sweden! 9th of March 2002 We are writing
this and hope to get the site out on the web soon…and YES, it worked! 14th of February
2002— Valentines Day Hopefully, most
of our guests received their invitations. Finally, the invitation list was
set (which was not an easy task…). All hours with choosing
papers (thank you Britt & Lovisa for all Your help!!), thinking, cutting
and computer work finally paid off in, what we think, nice invitations! 19th of January 2002 A weekend in
Stockholm for the bride and bridesmaids. The Dress was found!! Now its bought
and only one way to go… Christmas 2001 After a busy
fall, we continued our Wedding plans with food, music. clothes and much more.
Pontus was also told that he was supposed to pick out the flowers (thanks,
Anna-Lena!) and are teasing his bride to be about it…(who wants to choose the
flowers together…) August 2001 We booked our
chef Bittan. Also, we did a first try to make the guest list, and that was
hard! July 2001 A first look at
Stockesalen and Frösövallens Hostel. One year left… March 2001 The date was set,
the church and Stockesalen booked. Yes we know we are early… February 2001 The news about
our Wedding was starting be to spread in our Families and friends. 11th of January 2001 The big night of
the proposal in Thailand… 30th of December 1996 Our Engagement Day February 1995 Pontus called Petra and they went out for beer on
Brunkullan. The rest is history… January 1995 We were introduced to each other for the first time
(thank you, Ann!). |
