Is Pissed And Proud a Skinhead Zine

No, it´s not a zine only for skinheads. This is a zine for everyone who identify themselvs with punk, Oi! or Hardcore music. Which sub culture you belong to i don´t give a rat ass about.


When did P&P start?

Pissed And Proud did start off as a mainly skinhead & Oi! oriented e-zine sometime between 98-99. However it was really going forward most in progeression in 2000 (Maybe the peak of P&P since it was very new to the scene and was a fresh air under the wings of the new breed of bands) and since that it´s has evolved and is now one of sweden´s most known punk zines. In past years i tried to count how many visitors there were in here but after some months these counters simply couldn´t count anymore.


Do this zine support any political party/organisation?

No. This zine supports the swedish punkscene. Nothing more nothing less.


Who does Pissed And Proud?

Me, Stellan, i have runned in from the start on my own. However i´m always looking for people to contribute to this zine. Sadly enough few has.

Does Pissed And Proud come in Paper version aswell?

No, altough that is a wet dream of mine that it should.

Can we send in a demo/zine for review?

Yes. I accept everything, except EMO and other things clearly not widely viewed as 'punkmusic'. However don´t bitch if i slag you down.


You seem to have mostly swedish bands interviewed and reviewed, why? Isn´t that a bit stupid? I mean all good bands comes from UK and USA, right?

Pissed And Proud have always been a zine that wants to support any punkrock, hardcore or Oi! band out there. However i mainly work with swedish bands since we have a great scene and the bands really deserved the attention. Swedish punk rules, ok?
