Tail : Some strands of Pearl Chrystalflash , Holografic/Silverflash and Mirage Opal/Pearl topped with a Rabbitstrip dyed Fluo Chartreuse

Body : Hot Green Flash Chenille

Diving Collar : 2 mm Black Foam folded backwards and tyed in near the tail.

A thin layer of softbody on the collar will make  it stronger.
