The Bike
The landie also has a babie team mate : a Red Honda Transalp 97 model, XLVV 600.
It was much quicker to get the bike into shape than the landie since the
only tailor-made equipement for this trip is a fixing tray to hold a couple of gericans
on the side.
Three people will look after her: Véro, Patrick and Hervé.
"Bikkie" left Johannesburg with 1400 km on the clock and just 3003 km at Cape Point,
"official" start of this trip.
The list of all the spares taken will be on the next update.
