Level Skip: 

Go to the password screen and enter the password 
"G0LVL" followed by a number from 0 to 34. (For 
example, to start at the game's final stage, enter 
the password "G0LVL34"). Highlight "Accept" and press 
the X button; you'll see the words "Cheats Activated" 
on the screen. Now quit to the title screen and 
select "Start Game" to start at the level you choose. 
If you enter the password "G0LVL35", you'll see the 
video sequence from the end of the game. 

Level Select Cheat:

Access Options at the Title Screen. Select Enter Password. 
Put in the letters GOLVL and the number of the Level you 
want to access. Ex: GOLVL23 (will let you start on Level 23). 
Level 35 is the ending so don't choose it unless you want 
to see it. After entering the Password, go down and select 
Accept. The screen will say, "Cheats Activated".
