At the password screen.

To be invincible,
Press Square,Triangle,X,_,Circle.

To get infinite weapons,
Press Triangle,_,Square,Circle,Circle.

In Rooftop Combat go up the ramp that leads to the roof with
the pyrimid.  Drive straight from the ramp to the opposite
side of the roof.  Turn left and drive to the corner with 
the satellite.  Blow it up and sit on it for a while.  It 
will fill up your life.

In freeway, go straight and turn left, there is a white car.  
if you blow it up, and sit on it for a while, it will fill up 
your life. this can only be done once.

In river park, go to the only tunnel that runs through the 
whole level, and run over the "ref" that comes up out of 
the sewer and stay where he was.  this will fill up your 
energy.

at level password, enter TXTTO, and it will give unlimited 
turbos

at level select, enter   OOTX_
this will give you an overhead view of the first level
