All-Star Player:
Highlight the designated hitter selection on the options menu
and press Square,Circle,Square,Circle. The AL and NL All-Star
players will be available after exiting the menu.

In the options screen and highlight credits, press Square, 
Circle, Square, Circle, Triangle.  It should be a field of 
corn.  The stadium name should have a green color to it.
