The story of the Brown Bass

If a punk rocker owned the bass pictured above of this, and if it had been through the pawn shop a few times,and had spent many nights on stage being smashed through the speaker cabinets or pounding apart the drum kit, then it would appear to be in remarkably good condition. But this bass´story is more awe-inspiring than that. All of the wear, the scuffing, and the finger marks were applied by a jazz man; now indeed a jazz legend. His membership dues to the league of legends show clearly on the face of this bass; its rich hardwoods etched with years of sweat,pain, blisters and bleeding, all in the name of art.
