I
am enrolled as a student at CCCCD in the E-business Media Associate
Degree program. I have a GP of 3.9. I am a part time Instructor at
the CCCCD Continuing Education, where I teach Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia
Dreamweaver, and HTML evenings and weekends.
Projects May 1998 - December 1995:
Executive Assistant at the Attorney General's Office, Stockholm, Sweden
Executive
Assistant to the Swedish Attorney General Klas Bergenstrand, vice
Attorney General Solveig Riberdahl, and Public Relations Director
Magnus Nordangård; letters, protocols, phones, presentations,
calendars, conferences, bookings, media. The job also included design
of the Swedish Attorney General's intranet, annual reports, brochures,
newsletters, logos and flyers as well as displays for exhibitions
about the Swedish prosecution system. I was vice editor of a weekly
newsletter to all the employees.
Volunteer
experience during this period:
The
Swedish Shetland Sheepdog Club Handbook (448 pages). I was responsible
for the budget, contacting writers as well as writing articles myself,
contacting printers, lay-out, photos, co-ordination of all the material.
Lay-out was done in PageMaker.
December
1995 - January 1993:

1992 - February 1988:
Executive Assistant - ABB Environmental Control AB, Stockholm, Sweden
Executive
Assistant at the Board of Directors. I especially worked for the Human
Resource Director, working with employment within the company worldwide.
ABB Environmental Control had 21.000 employees in 40 countries. Letters,
protocols, phones, presentations, calendars, conferences, bookings,
editor of weekly newsletter to the employees in Stockholm.

1987 - 1985:
Assistant at KF Public Relations / Press Service, and at the KF Design
Center Department
Modernized
and computerized the distribution system for press releases. Assisted
at press conferences and with editing the weekly corporate newsletter.
I also did photography for the newsletter and communicated with printers.
At
the Design Center Department I assisted with orders, monthly reports
and stock inventory over the computer-system. Administrative contacts
with customers and contractors.
