THE BAND

Metal Merge consists of Ville Flodén (vocals/lead & rhythm guitars/programming) and Roger Nyman (bass guitar/programming). The band was formed in 2005 as an experimental metal project without any clear directions. Later on it came to be a mix between different styles of heavy metal.

 

Ville is an ordinary unusual (!) dude with many interests. He lives in Umeå, Sweden and is a professional goldsmith. Besides that he enjoys guitarplaying and singing, and also bodybuilding. His musical influences are Dream Theater, Kamelot, Pagan's Mind and Masterplan.

Roger lives in Umeå, Sweden. He studies physical geography and enjoys it. His interests are martial arts, gaming and stuff like that. He plays the bass guitar, and  his musical influences are Rush, Iron Maiden, Kiss, Fates Warning Dream Theater and many more...
