Hi there!

So, now we're back from Holland. The visit has been very pleasant and we have met a lot of nice Shadow fantasts that I (L-G) have been in contact with via Internet.

Friday at lunch we gathered at Örebro airport to take off for Brussels.

Fear of flying...

At Saturday in Tilburg, when the event started, there was a lot of things to look at. For instead basses, guitarrs and old echoes.

Instruments, instruments, instr...

After breakfast we practiced in the rehersalstudio situated a couple of rooms behind the stage.

Soundcheck at lunchtime supervised by mr Brian Locking.

A picture says more than thousand words...

Around 3 pm it was time for the CD-release. We introduced ourselves with a short nervous afternoonshow containing Shazam, Tea Break and Theme for young lovers. Shaky fingers and a good sound made it all very appreciated.

Our CD was presentet by David Martin (Legend and ShadowMusic) who also brought flowers and champagne on the stage.

CD-release

After a long waiting it was at last our turn to do our show. We entered the stage about midnight and started with Round and Round followed up with a one-hour set. Some of the tunes can be downloaded as realmedia-videos from the Demo-section.

Hot stage

Mr Brian Locking played the harmonica with us on Dakota and Somewhere, both in duet with the leadguitarr. He also played bass on Kon-Tiki.

All of us made a succesful performance in spite of the heat on stage and an expectant audience.

Our danish neighbours Jens Varmlose and Danny Franklin played in a temporary band with among others Alan Jones.
