There are many shops and stores at the Tradown but only some of them are owned by Valeria. Valeria works at the Research Facilities were she develops everything from armors and weapons, to all sort of upgrades and equipment for Reploids. Then she sells everything she creates in her shops. She even has a store where you learn some useful skills.
Dougmack is a mechanic who makes and maintains everything for reploid from weapons and vehicles to facilities. He is also working in some of Valorias stores, helping her out with the sale. You may ask either him or her to help you out when you need buy or repair some equipment, weapon or armor.
If you have an idea of something that you would like to have but that she doesn't have in her shop, then you can always ask her to try making this custom equipment or weapon for you, for a reasonable price of course.
