Impact Buffer v1

With this enhancement a reploids body structure will be reinforced. Electromagnetic damping buffers will be installed into his/her digital nanocell structure protecting against physical damage. It will allow a reploid to receive more damage, as his/her damage resistance will increase.

Impact Buffer v2

An improvement to its predecessor. This version of the Impact Buffer will increase a reploids base damage resistance even more, (by one step, for exaple: from medium to high). The inner hydraulic suspensions are also enhanced to better absorb recoils.

Energy Buffer v1

With this enhancement a reploid will receive many small energy-recoil buffers, which will be installed into his/her digital nanocell structure. These buffers are emitting an electromagnetic field, which hold a different wavelength and frequency then those created by the Impact Buffers. These Energy Buffers make a reploid more resistant to energy damage.

Energy Buffer v2

An additional upgrade to its already powerful predecessor. This upgrade combined with the first version increases a reploids base energy resistance by one step, (for example: from very low to low).

Energy Buffer v3

The final Energy Buffer upgrade, and extremely powerful to add. This upgrade combined with the other two will increases a reploids base energy resistance by another step, (for example: from low to medium).

Damage Resistance Chip

This enhancement chip doesn't really make a reploid able to withstand more damage, but what it does is temporarily disconnects his/her damage sensors. This happens instantly as an opponent hits him/her, and the damage sensors are then not able to send error signals to the reploids AI-System, letting it know that he/she has been damaged. The reploid is thus able to continue to fight without being setback or slowed by the hit he/she received. It's a powerful enhancement, but as the battle ends and the reploids sensors get back online, he/she will suddenly feel like totally worn down. It could also happen that the reploid got damaged beyond repair and he/she wont even know it before it's too late. The Improved Critical Upgrade neglects this upgrade though.

Electromagnetic Pulse Buffer

The EMP Buffer grants a reploids electronics much improved resistance to EMP disabling attacks. A reploids base electricity, and base paralysis resistance will be increased by two steps, (for example: from very low to medium).

Forcefield

This upgrade creates an electromagnetic repulsing field around a reploid, that totally absorbs very light damage but it can only be active for one second at the time. It works like this. When the reploid gets hit for the first time he/she will receive damage as usual. But if the opponent follows on with several other attacks right after the first one, then the forcefield will absorb those attacks and the reploid will not receive damage. But if the reploid has not been attacked within the period of one second, then the forcefield deactivates and the reploid is once again vulnerable to new attacks. This is the best defence a slow reploid can get against a fast one. Any stronger attacks then very light will pass right through the forcefield though.

Deflective Shielding v1

A stronger add-on to the forcefield, it provides protection against low-powered attacks. The deflective shielding stops any light attacks from connecting with the recipient, but any stronger attacks then that will pass through unhindered. Remember that it works in the same way as the forcefield, as it's only an upgrade for it.

Deflective Shielding v2

An improved version of it's predecessor. This upgrade has the same abilities as the first version, but it will also hinders medium strong attacks from connecting with the reploid.

Barrier Extender

This upgrade extends the length of time a reploid is invincible after taking damage. It extends the active time period of the Forcefield from one second up to five seconds.

Auto Repair System v1

This upgrade installs an extremely advanced repair system of nanobots inside of the reploid. These nanobots are several hundred nano-machines designed to repair most damages a reploid may receive. However, the repair nanobots are limited to their abilities, as they cannot for example repair a torn off body part. No resurrection from the dead and no restoring sectioned limbs, anything other then that the repair system can deal with. The repair ratio/time is 1% of total body mass per hour.

Auto Repair System v2

Adding to the already potent recovery system, the version 2 upgrade adds several thousand new nanobot banks throughout the reploids body. While still under the same limitation as the previous system, version 2 is actually much more useful in combat, enabling the recovery of crushed limbs and restoring about 1% of body mass per minute.

Digital DNA Protection Chips

There are several hundred of these chips for sale, some of them are singularly stated below. If you have knowledge of any chips that are not shown below, and which you would like to buy, simply state this as you purchase your chip. (You can choose any defence-chips you like from any of the known Megaman games. These chips are limited though, and will only last for as long as one mission (story). Their damaging ability will also be equal to your level, just so that you know.) All chips cost the same and last for equally long. A chip is actually installed into a reploids body or arm cannon, but the Digital DNA Casing is required to retract the DNA Soul from the chip and decode its ability.
The chips on this page does not have their ammo stated since they can be used over and over again during the whole mission, although they are a little more expensive. When a mission ends, all Chips that a reploid has will disappear.

Spike Guard Chip

This Chip is installed into a reploids body, allowing him/her to stand on spikes for three seconds without being destroyed. This upgrade is linked to the Forcefield and upon contact with spikes it activated the Forcefield for this special situation. Without this Chip, a Forcefield Upgrade will not protect you against spikes. The Chip last throughout a whole mission and during that mission it can be used more then once. It is an extremely useful add-on, which has saved a thousand reploid lives.
