Swedish Apple Pie

Of course, this is not the only Swedish recipe for apple pie, but this is the way I learned to do it in school (8th grade I think) and I have stuck to it since then.

For 2 persons:

Dough:

1. Set the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (approx. 437 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Grease a pan.

3. Wash and peel the apples. Slice or wedge them.

4. Put the apple slices in the pan and sprinkle sugar on top of them.

5. Put flour (and flakes), sugar, and margarine in a bowl.

6. Work the dough with fingers or a fork.

7. Crumble the dough over the apples.

8. Bake the pie in the oven until it gets a light brown color and the apples are soft (approx. 20 minutes).
