From now on, there wont be a setup program for APWG, there's no need... Simply follow theese steps:

1. Download JRE (Java Runtime Enviroment) from Sun (Tested with JRE 1.3.1)
2. Unzip jAPWG.zip in a folder of your choice.
3. Download and install asp2php 0.75.25 from http://asp2php.naken.cc
4. Edit jAPWG.conf to point to your asp2php.exe
5. In a DOS-box enter: java -jar c:\yourfolder\japwg.jar
6. That should be it!

Note: If you use javaw instead of java, you will see a DOS-box appear on the screen when you convert the source.
