Temporarily halts in ongoing legal processes between Indigenous People and the Swedish State ?

The Sami Land Movment has now in a letter to the Swedish Chancellor of Justice suggested that he takes initiatives to the government for starting a State investigation of Sami land rights. During the time of investigation The Sami Land Movment has suggests temporarily halts in ongoing legal processes between the Sami People and the Swedish State about Sami land rights.

My name is Lars Nila Lasko and I'm educated as lawyer and political scientist. I have worked as Notarius Publicus in the County of Norrbotten , Judge at the Court of Haparanda, Director of administration for a Sami national association, Head of research-department at Nordic Sami Institute, Director for Sami Parliament and researcher of law concerning Indigenous People.

I have had several missions for international organisations like Advisor to the Fund First Nation in USA, Vice president of International Association of Indigenous Jurists (IAIJ) USA, Member of Administrative board of Barents Council, and missions also for national State authorities as for example Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Agriculture, and have been expert in several Swedish State commissions.
