Most of the children that come from China are foundlings. Many of us adoptive parents think that it is of great importance to find out as much as possible about our children's background, where they spent their first time in life.
Not everybody has the opportunity to visit China or the cities the children come from. When our family visited Nanchang in the Jiangxi-province in March 2005 we met Tiffanie, a good-hearted young woman that cares a lot about adoptive families. She had heard about "Finding Ads", "photos from adoptive children's cities", "maps with finding places" and so on. She suggested that we should start up a project. We offer adoptive families these services in the Jiangxi province and try to keep a lower price. We hope that every family that want can afford to order this.
I put together what the families wants and Tiffanie tries to arrange it (if she can). She has already found a lot of "Finding Ads" in the Jiangxi province, been out to several towns taking photos and so on.
It is just in the Jiangxi province she can offer her services, except for the service of translating letters to orphanages, these letters she can send to other provinces to.
So far it have mostly been families in Sweden, Holland and some other countries in Europe that have been using Tiffanies services, but everybody is welcome it doesn't matter where you live.
