Fanfiction

My favorite fandoms, characters and pairings are:

The Magnificent Seven (Mag7):
Ezra P. Standish, Chris/Ezra, Vin/Ezra, Chris/Vin/Ezra, Buck/Ezra
Ezra is my favourite in that show. I like to pair him with Chris and/or Vin in anyway possible, from friendship to family to lovers.
Buck/Ezra is a new pair for me. The fics I've read so far are good (very good) but I can't really see Buck as a lover to Ezra, more as a close friend.
JD is the group's kid brother. I may read an occational slash-fic if the author is good, otherwise NO.
The same with Josiah, he's the father-figure of the group. Not even if the author is good.
Nathan is more like Buck. A good friend and an occational lover. I haven't read so many stories with Nathan/Ezra though,
about 3 and all in OW.
Old Western (OW), ATF (Mog's universe of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms), Joe Lawson's Two Blood AU & Li'l Ez.

The Sentinel:
Blair J. Sandburg, Jim/Blair, Rafe/Blair, Jim/Rafe/Blair
I think it's pretty much obvious.
The Jim/Blair pairing is more often than not slash with Rafe thrown in for a good threesome.
However, as with Ezra in Mag7, I also like to read them as close friends and/or family with Stephen thrown in.

Stargate SG-1:
Daniel Jackson, Jack/Daniel, Jack/Daniel/m, Daniel/m, Teal'c/Daniel
Again, obvious. I like Daniel anyway I can get him. Lover, friend, brother. See the trend?

Stargate Atlantis:
M. Rodney MacKay, John/Rodney, Rodney/Radek, Rodney/m
A somewhat recent fandom for me. I like Rodney in AU fics.

Buffy (BtVS), Angel (AtS):
Alexander Lavelle Harris aka Xander, Angel/Xander, Angelus/Xander, Angel/Spike/Xander, Spike/Xander, Xander/m
I like Xander. In Slash I prefer him with Angel but he is more often than not paired with Spike.
Xander/Faith is OK although not a favourite. Xander/Buffy is a BIG no-no with Xander/Willow a close second.
I see Willow as a sister and Buffy as a close friend, maybe like a cousin. Xander/Dawn is both yes and no.
Xander/Oz is a possible pairing as well as other guys (Doyle, Gunn, Graham...).
Pure Xander-Gen is also of the good, especially Crossovers where Xander gains a new family.

X-Men:
Remy LeBeau aka Gambit, Logan/Remy, Logan/Scott/Remy, Scott/Remy
Obvious yet again. I do NOT like Romy, Rogue/Remy. Storm is strictly the sister.
Bobby, Hank and Jono are also good for pairings. The pairings are for both Gen (friendship, AU family etc) & Slash.
As always, I like the guys any way I can read them.

Naruto:
Umino Iruka, Kakashi/Iruka, Iruka/m, Naruto/Hinata
I started out liking Naruto the best but it changed to Iruka over the years. I still read Naruto but my main character now is Iruka. I used to like Iruka paired with only Kakashi but now I like him with or without other guys.
I also used to like Sasuke/Naruto but nowadays it's a big NO for me (unless they're good friends). I prefer a Gen Naruto or paired with a nice male or female character (not Sakura).

Highlander:
Methos aka Adam Pierson
I like Gen and Slash. Het is not a big hit (yet) but neither is Slash, really. I've found a few Methos/OC (both M & F) that are good.
I'm not so fond of Duncan/Methos or Methos/Richie but there's not much elseto read. Crossovers are good.

Harry Potter:
Harry J. Potter
This is another fandom I started reading in. I avoided it for years and then suddenly I was tempted to read a few fics.
I prefer reading Gen and occasionally Slash. No Het unless the fic is really good. I started out liking Harry/Ginny but not anymore, it depends on if the fic is good.
There's nothing wrong with Harry/Hermione either but if it's Het I like Luna or some other girl. Hermione is too much like a nagging sister after being friends with them for several years. No Harry/Tonks, she's practically family.
If it's Slash I've started to like LV/Harry or TMR/Harry if it's not too dark. A Grey/Dark!Harry teaming up with Voldemort can be an interesting read. Snarry is another pairing i like, especially if Harry is in control.
I'm not quite sure if I like or dislike Harry/Draco. Sometimes the fic is good but the pairing is annoying.
I also enjoy reading Snape as a Mentor-figure/adopted Father/Severitus but they can be a bit far-fetched.

House MD:
This is my newest fandom. I haven't read very much in it and have so far no real favorite character or pairing. Possibly Chase and/or House.

Final Fantasy 10 & 12:
I seem to have gone back to this fandom. I like stories with Seymour/Tidus but unfortunately there aren't so many.
I've no favorite character or pairing in FF12, again it's rather empty.

My old fandoms, characters and pairings are:

Rurouni Kenshin:
Sanosuke Sagara, Saitou Hajime/Sano
There's not much to tell. I've seen a few episodes of the anime and I remembered it when I first started looking for fandoms.
The pairing is usually written very Angsty but I like it anyway.

Final Fantasy 8:
Zell Dincht, Squall/Irvine, Seifer/Zell, Irvine/Squall/Zell
Probably the very first fandom I started reading in.
I don't really like the Canon pairings (Sq/Ri) but I don't mind reading Het/Gen as long as it's good. I've also tried FF7, FF9 & FF10 but that was on my way out of this fandom.

Weiss Kreuz:
I haven't seen any episodes of this anime and can barely remember how I found it. I think it was on the same page/archive as FF8 (see above) and so I tried it for awhile. I've no favourite character(s) in this anime, although from reading fics I like Omi and Ken the best.

I like to read from other fandoms too but mostly only if the fic is rec'ed or by a writer I usually read.
I started out reading Gen & Het but I soon entered the realm of Slash. I still like & read Gen but I'm not a big fan of Het. Not unless it has a good plot with one or several of my favourite guys.
