NSK-knitting: Talkin' to me?

The Dr Doolittle of the knitting world, Anne in Brussels, can hear her pretty yarn talk, but the skeins and balls don't say what they ought to (such as "yup, I would seriously like to grow up and become a responsible aran sweater"). Instead they simply state things like "What do you mean, "to become" something? We ARE something. We are balls of yarn. We're happy as we are. We're colourful, we're pretty, we're simply having a ball!"
