- About Myself
My name is Johan Lind, Im 24 years of
age and I live in Örebro, Sweden with my girlfriend Lena. I speak, read and write English
fluently, I also speak read and write a little German.
I can handle a computer quite well
and I have no problem in the use of Win-95 or NT. I use MS-Office 97 without hindrance as
well as many other programs, most of them I have learnt how to use by myself and various
books available at the library.
At the present time I study at Datorteket
in Örebro where I learn myself to handle a few more advanced programs, such as
"Adobe Photoshop 5", "Macromedia Flash 3", "Visual Basic"
and a few others.
Ive finished a 47 weeks long cooking
education arranged by AMU. There I spent 30 weeks cooking in the education
kitchen and after that I had 16 weeks of practice at Orsa hotel in Orsa. The last week at
the school I made my exams, that is I cooked my exams. The first four days I cooked
various recipes which were then judged by my teachers. The last day of practical tests I
cooked after my own recipe, where certain groceries had to be used.
In my sparetime I use to relax and enjoy
myself doing a few of the things I like to do best, such as...
- Spend time with friends and
family.
- Inline-skating.
- Train Judo.
- Go fishing.
- Partying.
- Cooking.
Education:
- 3 Years of Swedish gymnasium towards
economics.
- 6 months of computer
education: Word, Excel. Power-point,
Access.
- Tourist guide education in Austria under supervision of
STS.
- 1 year cooking school, AMU.
- 6 months of radio-production
education.
- 2.5 months of Technical Support education for Windows NT

AMU is short for "Arbets Marknads Utibildning",
directly translated into English it wold be something like, well I don't know what, but
AMU-gruppen educates unemployed people into lines of work where the chances to get a job
is the greatest when the education is over.
