Character Creation
These guidelines are in development from a mishmash of things. A way to create pen-and-paper RPG NPC's, pen-and-paper PC's, the old character creation guidelines, and plain old common sense (some might argue lack of it).
The purpose of these guidelines is to provide a simple but effective way to create interesting characters that are fun for you to play and enjoyable for others to interact with.
