The HarshlandsFanPage
Introduction
The HarshlandsFanPage is a page made by fans for fans of the Role-Play Intensive (RPI) Multi User Domain/Dungeon (MUD) Harshlands (HL). The main focus is character (PC) creation and easing into the role-play and the social environment.
The Harshlands RPI MUD is based on the Fantasy Role-Playing Game (FRPG) world called Harn, created by N.R.Crossby and published by Columbia Games Inc.. It is a very detailed - system-generic - game world which is internally consistent and sensible. The HL Administrators have made this world come alive within a skill based DIKU MUD where social story-lines are emphasised in order to cater to role-players, thus role-play is strictly enforced.
Connect
You can, of course, connect to Harshlands with a telnet-client, but preferrably you would use a MUD-client such as zMUD, or GMud.
Harshlands runs from role-play.net at harshmud.role-play.net : 5000.
