JH Bluessensation / Jerry H Band Swedish blues guitarist/singer Jerry Haglund has been playing the blues since he picked up the guitar aged 10, performing professionally from the age of 16. He went on to study music in Stockholm, London and New York enjoying lessons with guitar greats Georg Wadenius (Steely Dan), Billy Jenkins, Peter Bernstein and Wayne Krantz. Recent years have seen him touring internationally with various artists including rhythm and blues outfit The Extraordinaires (Peer Blues Festival, Belgium, supporting Buddy Guy, Las Vegas rock'n'roll weekender, Rythm riot, North American tour - Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Springfield and New York) .......European tour with Blow-up record's The Bongolian. 1 week of gigs in Austria with Buddy Guys drummer Marc P Victor.......and numerous appearances with the London based Sugar Ray Ford Orchestra. Since settling in England he has played many famous venues including the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Festival Hall, the Barbican, Camden's Jazz Café and at the Royal Variety Performance for The Queen and Prince Charles. Played for Tony Blair at the Labour conference. Under his own name, Jerry has played all over Europe and currently runs the house band at Soho's Tatty Bogle club. The Blues Sensation is comprised of some of London's finest young musicians whose collective experience includes performances at the Bishopstock Blues Festival, Dublin Blues Festival, Chichester Jazz and Blues Festival, Brecon Jazz Festival, Edinburgh International Festival, London Jazz Festival, Duketown Festival in Holland and the Kathmandu Jazz Festival. And with acts such as Madness,James Taylor Quartet, Basment Jaxx, Dave Holland and Lamar to name a few.

Trion Jerry H Band har existerat i olika konstellationer i 12 års tid och har under åren spelat en blandad bluesrepertoar med låtar av t.ex. Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Little Walter, Johnny Winter mfl samt originalkompositioner av Jerry. Trion har under åren spelat flitigt runt om i Sverige o Europa. The Blues Sensation är en engelskt bluessextett sammansatt av Jerry Haglund bestående av de hetaste unga musikerna på Londons Blues/jazzscen. Bandet spelar egenarrangerade originallåtar och bluesklassiker.
