Basic navigation should be easy. You click on a topic on the left, and sometimes an additional menu appears on the right. The red text in the menu marks where you are.
On-site links open in the same window, off-site links open in a new window.
In menus, original titles are used. If the original title is not in English, the english title is also an item in the menu. Additional foreign titles may be listed in the article, but not in the menu.
