However odd it felt to finally get to see one of the best bands in the world live, the feeling was surpassed by the surprising notion that we actually saw them in the middle of the day. The sun shone from a clear sky and that very special gothic atmosphere did not quite manifest. But on stage they did come.

This concert was a part of their Evidence of Europe tour to promote Evidence of Heaven. Accordingly, they did not play too many songs from the new record, instead focusing on older more well-known songs. They did, however, play a few songs from the new album including the title track.

Monics Richards was as beautiful as ever and was dressed in a specially designed jacket with the Faith and the Muse cross on the back.

William Faith sang on one song, namely "The Hand of Man".
