Such a sign with a warning for possible hedgehogs passing, we have found in Lulea (really north of Sweden), in the old town. The sign is given by a Swedish Nature Protection Society. Maybe you can also organize such signs if there are many hedgehogs in your surrounding and you worry that they will be hit by cars. It could work especially in the living areas, where the cars should not theoretically drive too fast and had a possibility to stop.
