One bright night in May, we have witnessed something what looked as a tight hedgehog fight, but appeared to be their love dance in the end...The path which the male has been running was very visible under a black current bush. It must have taken him hours of such a run. The female hedgehog was not friendly at all. We have spent some time observing them. And I am sure, they have continued many hours afterwards....
