We were curious how a hedgehog will react on the hedgehog toy, but of course he can not see well and depends very much on his smell. Have you ever observed how they actually wander around? Well, the path they are moving on can be sometimes really strange, circles, going back and in another circle again...you could suspect that they do not really know where they are heading.... Sometimes hedgehogs were seen just running in circles all the time, just on their own. There is a possibility that they simply lost a path and are trying desperately to find it again.
