New format

* 24 riders in series - including 3 wild cards entry in every round
* No standby riders,
* new heat formula - 10 heats in qualifaction part, 10 in main,
with two semifinals, consolation and grand final (used
in 1994 (or 95) German Championship).
* new series points scoring
* no points scoring in heats!!!
