Solna AIK Fotboll (soccer that is!)

Allsvenskan is the highest league for fotboll in Sweden. When a team wins Allsvenskan they are the Champion of Fotboll of Sweden. The winner automatically qualifies for the UEFA Champions League, which includes the best fotboll teams from all over Europe.

The teams that ends up as 2nd, 3rd and 4th in Allsvenskan qualifies for the UEFA Cup which is almost as important.

The season for the Allsvenskan is from early April through late October. This year, Solna AIK is one of maybe two or three favorites for the gold medal (the other favorites are IFK Göteborg and Malmö FF). But it doesn't look like a gold medal this year :(
