I read Frank Conroy's 'Body & Soul' and I enjoyed most of it (particularly parts 1+2) very much. I felt I really got to know Claud (who - I have to admit - I almost fell in love with) over the 2 decades that the book covers. Being a music lover myself (took piano lessons for a couple of years; love ballet and ballet music as well as piano concertos in particular), I just HAD to buy Mozart's double concerto and listen to it over and over again. A great book if you love music and if you are interested more in characters than action. I thought it would make a wonderful movie. Has anybody ever thought about that idea?
