Easy Textures - Stucco 4

Start with a new image, Size 300x300.
Background Color: White, 16 Million Colors.

Step 1:
Choose Image - Special Filters - Add Noise.
Choose Random - 100 % Noise.
Do the same procedure one more time.

Step 2:
Choose Colors - Greyscale.
Then Colors - Increase Color Depth - 16 Million colors.

Step 3:
Choose Image - Normal Filters - Blur More.
Do this 2 times.

Step 4:
Choose Image - Special Filters - Dilate.

Step 5:
Choose Image - Special Filters - Emboss.

Step 6:
Colorize and resample the image.
Choose Colors - Colorize. I used the settings Hue = 30, Saturation = 100.
Then choose Image - Resample - Custom size 150x150.
Finally, Image - Normal Filters - Sharpen (or Sharpen More).
