Easy Textures - Stucco 3

Start with a new image, Size 300x300.
Background Color: White, 16 Million Colors.

Step 1:
Choose Image - Special Filters - Add Noise.
Choose Random - 100 % Noise.

Step 2:
Choose Colors - Greyscale.
Then Colors - Increase Color Depth - 16 Million colors.

Step 3:
Choose Image - Deformations - Motion Blur.
Set Direction = 90 Deg, Intensity = 20 Pixels.
Do this procedure again, but set Direction to 235 Deg.

Step 4:
Set foreground color to BlueGreen R=0, G=128, B=128.
Choose Image - Special Effects - Hot Wax Coating.

Step 5:
Choose Image - Resample - 150x150.
Then Image - Edge Filters - Edge Enhance.
