Easy Textures - Hmm...

Start with a new image, Size 300x300.
Background Color: White, 16 Million Colors.

Step 1:
Select Black as foreground color.
Click on the Airbrush tool and choose Size = 10, Shape = Round, Opacity = 20, Paper texture = None.
Draw something like this:

Step 2:
Choose Image - Deformations - Motion Blur.
Set Direction = 180, Intensity = 40 Pixels.

Step 3:
Choose Image - Special Filters - Emboss.

Step 4:
Now letīs give it some color.
Choose Colors - Colorize. I used Hue = 190, Saturation = 30.

Step 5:
Choose Image - Resample - 150x150.
